Bill Kartalopoulos will be launching THE BEST AMERICAN COMICS 2019, Guest Edited by Jillian Tamaki, at the STRAND on October 1st. He’ll be moderating a conversation with five contributors to this year’s volume: E. A. Bethea, Xia Gordon, Laura Lannes, Leslie Stein, and Lauren Weinstein.

Bill was recently in Paris, France where he curated an exhibit of work by MARK NEWGARDEN and MEGAN MONTAGUE CASH, which opened on FRIDAY, September 27 at the Point Ephémère as part of the excellent Formula Bula festival. Other guests this year include Emil Ferris, Blutch, and Jean-Pierre Dionnet.
