We’re always proud of our students when they go on to great things! Our recent graduate, Alison Paul, just released a new book titled The Plan and the critics are going nuts. Mind you, Alison was an accomplished and published storyteller before she joined the MFAVN family. Her works included the beautiful The Crow.
And Sunday Love.
The Plan is about a father and daughter picking up the pieces after a personal loss and rediscovering a piece of family history. The review from Kirkus says it’s “Warmhearted and joyful” and Publishers Weekly starred review says, “This lovely story blends a sense of rootedness with the spirit of exploration—a rare combination.”
