Jay Rachel Edidin spent seven years editing comics at Dark Horse, before leaving in 2013 to pursue a freelance career with a focus on out-of-the-box projects and transmedia storytelling. Jay’s current body of work includes coverage of arts, science, and pop culture for Wired, Gulf Coast, Comics Alliance, Kotaku, io9, Playboy, and others; as well as comics, fiction, and narrative nonfiction; and the podcast Rachel & Miles X-Plain the X-Men.
