Handowin HE is a typical “slash” girl based in Shanghai, China, playing multiple roles at this moment, including illustrator, zinester, social planner, columnist, curator and more. After working in marketing of FMCG and retail companies for years, she determined jumping out of “Comfort Zone” with YOLO spirit. Keen on a storytelling approach to serving various whims, she holds strong desire and ability to create artworks in which the audience could feel her extraordinary imagination with that unique funky soul. While doing freelance illustration, her current career focus tends to create her own picture book or children’s book.
